90 Minute Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of water (warm)
4 tsps of salt
4 pkgs of yeast
8 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
4 Tbsps of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
7 c of flour (or 8 cups, whole wheat)
Instructions:
Dissolve the yeast with one cup (warm) water inside a large bowl. Add the rest of the water, salt, sugar, oil, and flour. Mix thoroughly till dough starts to form. Divide to 4 equal sections and let it stand for fifteen mins.
Press each of the sections for a minute, using the (rolling) pin, above slightly floured surface. Form to loaf and place each onto four buttered (loaf) pans. Allow to rest for half an hour till the size doubles.
Bake at (350 degrees F) for 20-30 mins. Let it cool prior to removing loaf from pan.
