Apple Raisin Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of apple (medium-sized); pared & chopped finely (1 cup)
2 tablespoon of syrup (maple flavor)
3 c of baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c of sugar
1.5 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 c of milk
3 pcs of egg
1/2 c of nuts; chopped finely
1/2 c of raisins
Instructions:
Grease with butter or cooking spray and sprinkle flour into a 9×5x3 inch pan. Combine syrup and apple. Set aside.
Mix in the sugar, Bisquick, eggs, milk and cinnamon into a large-sized bowl in an electric mixer on low-speed. Frequently scrape bowls after every half minute of mixing.
Beat batter on medium-speed for 2-3 minutes. Scrape bowl often. Add in the apple-syrup mixture, nuts and raisins.
Fill pan with batter and bake into a preheated oven with a temperature of 350 degrees F for 55 to 60 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer to wire rack.
