Banana Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Arm and Hammer (baking soda)
1 tsp of baking powder
2 c of flour
1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 c of sour cream
1 c of banana; mashed
2 whole eggs
1/2 c of butter; softened
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1 1/4 c of sugar; divided
Instructions:
Heat oven 350 degrees F. Combine one fourth cup of sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle some of this mixture to cover bottom of a (bundt) pan. Cream butter and add sugar then beat until light and airy; whisk each egg thoroughly. Combine the banana, cream, vanilla then beat thoroughly.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Mix flour mixture and butter mix. Decant half of your batter then sprinkle it with pecan mix. Pour remainder of your batter and bake forty five minutes.
