Bearnaise Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2-1/4 tsps of yeast
2-1/4 c & 1 Tbsp of flour (bread)
3/4 c of flour (whole wheat)
3 Tbsps of wheat germ
1-1/2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1-1/2 tsps of salt
1-1/2 Tbsps of tarragon (dried)
2-1/4 tsps of sharp mustard (Dijon)
1/4 tsp of black pepper (ground)
3 Tbsps of oil
1 pc of egg
1/4 c & 2 Tbsps of tarragon vinegar
1 c of water
Instructions:
Place yeast, (bread) flour, wheat flour, wheat germ, sugar, salt, tarragon, mustard, black pepper, oil, egg, vinegar, and water inside a (bread) pan. Process to “basic bread”.
