Blueberry Scones Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of baking mix (buttermilk)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 c of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/4 c of milk
2 pcs of eggs
1 pc og egg; beaten well
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven. Using a medium-sized bowl, blend the mix, blueberries and 2 Tbsps of sugar. Measure milk using a liquid measuring utensil. Pour wet ingredient into dry ingredients ’til moist and dough is crumbly.
Lighhtly flour working table and roll dough into 9 inch round and 1/2 in. thick. Using beaten egg, brush dough and sprinkle sugar. Carve dough into dozen wedges. Transfer to a sheet (baking).
Let it bake for 10-12 minutes ’til golden. Garnish with cream or butter and some jam. Serve right away. Makes a dozen pieces.
