Blueberry Sour Cream Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 c of pecans; chopped coarsely
1 c of blue berries (fresh)
1/2 c of artificially soured cream
1 c of bananas (ripe); mashed
2 whole eggs
3/4 c of sugar
2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Arm and Hammer (baking soda)
2 c of flour (all purpose); unsifted
Instructions:
Heat oven 350 deg Fahrenheit. Sift flour, Arm and Hammer (baking soda), cinnamon and salt. Cream sugar and butter. Add the eggs, sour cream. Add the bananas. Blend thoroughly.
Mix together the flour mixture and the egg mixture. Fold the pecans and the blue berries in. Pour batter in greased baking pan then bake for an hour. Best served alongside butter.
