Brioche Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of milk (lukewarm)
1 pkg of yeast (dry)
1/2 c of melted butter
2 pcs of eggs
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp of salt
2-1/2 c of flour; sifted

Instructions:
Place yeast and milk inside a bowl; allow to stand for five mins. Stir them well and add eggs, butter, sugar, (1 cup) flour, and salt; beat thoroughly then add the rest of sifted flour, making a (soft) dough then beat till it has smoothened. Cover then allow to rise till size doubles.
Punch dough down and allow to rise; punch again and knead gently, forming a ball. Pinch off an egg-sized dough and place the rest inside large buttered mold then make small dent on top. Place the saved dough on the dent. Allow to rise till size has doubled.
Brush its top using (melted) butter and sprinkle sugar. Place inside the oven and bake for forty-five mins at (375 degrees F) till browned.
