Butterflake Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of water (lukewarm)
2 pkgs of yeast (dry)
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of melted shortening
1 c of water (warm)
3 pcs of eggs; beaten
4-1/2 c of flour
2 tsps of salt
Instructions:
Place lukewarm water, dry yeast, sugar, shortening, warm water, eggs, flour, and salt inside a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly using a spoon and cover. Let it rest inside the refrigerator over a night.
Roll the dough out (the next morning) then spread evenly with a butter. Fold it over then roll it thrice, spreading butter on each roll. Cut dough into (1-1/2 inch) squares; dip onto butter and place on (muffin) tins. Allow to rise for two hours.
Place inside the oven and bake at (400 degrees F) for 10 mins.
