Butterhorn Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of yeast
1/2 c of scalded milk; cooled
1 tsp of salt
1/3 c of water
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1 pc of egg
2-1/4 c of flour
Instructions:
Dissolve the yeast with the water. Add milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour then mix thoroughly. Knead to form a dough. Let it rise till the size doubles.
Roll dough out into circles. Brush dough with (melted) butter then cut to pie-shaped wedges and roll. Brush butter again. Allow to rise and bake at (400 degrees F) for fifteen mins till golden-brown.
