Buttermilk Cheese Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c of oil (vegetable)
1 c of buttermilk
2 whole eggs
1 c of cheese (Cheddar, 4 ozs.); shredded
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of Arm and Hammer (baking soda)
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 c of flour (all purpose)
Instructions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix in your cheese. Create a crater at the middle of the flour mix.
Whisk in egg, oil and milk. Add this to the dry ingredients. Pour batter on to a bread pan. Next step is to bake for thirty five minutes, 375 deg Fahrenheit until set.
