Cat Head Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
Shortening
1 c of buttermilk
2 c of flour (self-rising)
Instructions:
Make a crater on your flour inside a bowl. Cut shortening in in the middle and mix thoroughly until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add your milk.
Mix thoroughly until dough is smooth. Press dough onto a lightly floured surface. Flatten dough using a rolling pin into about an inch and one half thickness.
Cut biscuits using a cookie cutter. Bake (400 degrees F) until they are golden in color.
