Raspberry Scones Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of all purpose flour
1 c of raspberries
1/4 tsp of baking soda
2 Tbsps of melted butter
1.5 tsps of baking powder
1/3 c of raspberry (syrup)
1/4 c of heavy cream
1/3 c of buttermilk
Instructions:
Start to heat oven with a temperature of 350 degrees-F. Grease lightly a cookie sheet.
Sift baking powder, flour and soda together into a large-sized bowl. Cut in the butter into mixture and add in syrup. Blend in cream with buttermilk. Blend ’til just dampened. Add in the raspberries. Shape dough into a loaf. Transfer onto a cookie sheet.
Put into oven, bake for 12-15 minutes. When done, cut 6 the loaf in wedge-shaped pieces. Transfer pieces to the cookie tray. Bake again for another fifteen minutes ’til golden-brown.
