Portuguese Sweet Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 1/4 tsp of yeast
2 c of flour (for bread)
1/2 c & 1 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/2 tsp of salt
4 Tbsps & 2 tsp of margarine or butter, creamed
2 pc of eggs
2 Tbsps and 2 tsp of water
2/3 c of milk
1/2 – 1 tsp of lemon extract
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into the this order: yeast, bread flour, granulated sugar, salt, eggs, butter or margarine, milk, water and lemon extract. Select (Light Setting) for crust.
