Hawaiian Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of sugar (granulated)
3 c of flour (all purpose)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 c of pecans; chopped
3 pcs of beaten eggs
1 c of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
1/2 c of water
2 c of banana (ripe); mashed
1 c of pineapple (crushed, with juice)
2 tsps of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and soda. stir well and ad the nuts. Beat the eggs inside a large bowl and add oil, water, banana, pineapple with juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well till mixture becomes moist.
Pour onto 2 greased then floured (loaf) pans and bake, 350 deg Fahrenheit for one hr and five mins. Let bread cool, about ten mins then remove them from the pans.
