Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of yeast (active dry)
1/4 c of water (warm)
1-3/4 c of milk (or water, warm)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp of salt
6 c of flour; sifted
1-1/2 c of sharp cheese (Cheddar)
1/4 c of cheese (Parmesan); grated
Instructions:
Dissolve the yeast with (warm) water then add milk, salt, sugar and slowly add the flour. Mix and knead thoroughly. Allow to rise till the volume has doubled.
Punch dough then add cheeses; knead gently and form two loaves. Butter two (loaf) pans and place the loaves in it. Bake for forty-five mins at (350 degrees F).
