Loaded Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of onion (Spanish, large-sized)
1/2 c of butter
1.5 c of muffin mix (corn)
1 pc of egg; whisked
1/3 c of milk
1/4 tsp of dill weed
1 c of canned corn (cream style)
2 dr of pepper sauce (hot)
1 c of sour cream (dairy)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 c of cheese (Cheddar)
Instructions:
Saute peeled and chopped onions in the butter. Mix hot pepper, corn, milk, egg and corn mix. Pour into an 8 inch greased square-pan.
Add dill, salt, cream and a half cup of cheese into onion mixture. Spread onion mixture over the batter and sprinkle the remainder of the cheese. Let it bake in a preheated oven with a temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.
