Cherry Almond Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
16 1/2 oz of sour cherries (canned)
1 tsp of almond extract
2-1/2 Tbsps of softened butter
1 tsp of salt
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
3-1/2 c of flour (bread)
2-1/2 Tbsps of gluten (vital wheat)
2 tsps of yeast (RapidRise)
2/3 c of almonds; slivered
Instructions:
Add cherries, almond extract, butter, salt, sugar, flour, gluten, and yeast inside the (bread) machine. Select “sweet” setting then press “start”. If the machine bears fruit-setting, add almonds on the beep, or at about five mins prior to end of the cycle for kneading.
