Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 c of cocoa
1 1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1/2 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
2 c of zucchini; grated
1 1/2 c of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
3 pcs of eggs
1 1/2 c of milk
2 tsps of vanilla
1 c of mini chocolate morsels
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 350 deg Fahrenheit. Grease 2 8×4-inch (loaf) pans. Combine cocoa, flour, sugar, Calumet, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt inside a mixing bowl and set on the side. Combine zucchini, milk, oil, and eggs; blend thoroughly and add into the dry mixture. Incorporate well then fold in the morsels.
Transfer the batter onto the pans then bake for one hr and fifteen mins. Let them cool for ten mins then remove the bread; allow to be completely cooled on the rack.
