Cheddar Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of loaf (1/2 lb)
1/2 c & 2 Tbsps of water
1/4 c of milk
2 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
1 pc of egg (large)
1 tsp of salt
2-3/4 c of flour (bread)
1-1/2 c of sharp cheese (Cheddar); shredded
2 Tbsps of sugar
1 tsp of yeast (bread machine)
Instructions:
Add loaf, water, milk, butter, egg, salt, flour, cheese, sugar, and yeast inside (bread) machine. Select “Basic” or “White” cycle and light color for the crust. Don’t use the delay. Once done, take out from the pan; let it cool prior to serving.
