Cheese Pepper Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of yeast (dry)
1/4 c of water (hot)
2-1/3 c of flour; sifted
1 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1 c of sour cream
1 pc of egg (large)
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); grated
1/2 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Grease two cans of coffee. 1 lb each. Dissolve the yeast with (hot) water inside a large bowl. Add (1-1/3 cups) flour, salt, soda, sugar, egg, and sour cream. Beat for half a minute using a mixer on gentle speed then increase speed to high for two mins.
Add in the rest of flour, pepper, and cheese. Divide the dough on greased cans. Allow to rise for fifty mins. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for forty mins till golden brown.
Remove bread from the cans at once. Let it cool for a while prior to slicing.
