Cinnamon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp of baking soda
1 c of cream (sour)
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
2 tsps of orange peel (dried)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of vanilla
1.5 tsps of baking powder
1/4 c of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of margarine or butter
1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 350 deg F then grease 9″ x 5″ bread pan. In huge bowl, beat together 1 c of sugar and butter ’til fluffy then add vanilla and eggs. Continue beating ’til blended. Then add milk and cream to mixture and blend well at speed set to LOW. In bowl, combine salt, soda, baking powder and flour then pour into butter. In separate bowl, combine peel, cinnamon as well as half cup of sugar and set 1/4 mixture aside.
Pour 1/2 of batter in prepared pan and drizzle with cinnamon mix. Pour rest of batter then create swirls on it with cinnamon mix, then drizzle the rest of cinnamon mix above batter. Bake 1 hour or ’til toothpick inserted in middle of bread will come out without sticky crumbs; allow to be cooled ten minutes prior to taking loaf off pan.
