Coffee Can Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of warm milk (110 degrees F)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
2 tsps of salt
1 pkg of yeast
4 c of flour; sifted
1/4 c of vegetable oil (or canola oil)
2 pcs of eggs
Instructions:
Dissolve the pack of yeast with the milk. Place (2 cups) flour inside a mixing bowl then add the dissolved yeast; blend them well. Add eggs, salt, oil, and sugar; mix thoroughly. Gradually add just enough amount of flour so the dough won’t be sticky then knead till smooth and elastic or about ten mins.
Press the dough onto a buttered 1-pound (coffee) can; cover the lid. Allow to rise till the dough lifts the lid or about an hour. Bake at (375 degrees F) for 20-25 mins, uncovered. Let it rest for few mins before unmolding.
