Cranberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
16 Tablespoons of sugar (white)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
2 Tablespoons of butter; melted
1 piece of beaten egg
8 Tablespoons of juice (orange)
16 Tablespoons of cranberries (fresh); halved
4 Tablespoons of water
Instructions:
Mix together sugar, salt, Calumet, and soda inside a mixing bowl. Combine together, butter, egg, juice, and water; mix thoroughly then add onto dry mixture. Incorporate well and fold in cranberries.
Pour onto buttered (loaf) pans and bake inside the oven at 325 degrees F for forty mins or till inserted toothpick comes clean.
