Cream Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of water
1/2 c of cream cheese; softened
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 pc of egg; beaten
4 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of salt
3 c of flour (bread)
1-1/2 tsps of yeast (active dry)
Instructions:
Place water, cream cheese, butter, egg, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast inside bread machine. Select “basic” cycle and choose “light” for the color of the crust.
Let the dough rise inside machine once, and form loaf, alternately. Place on nonstick 9×5 inch (loaf) pan and let the dough rise into double then bake inside preheated oven (350 degrees F) for thirty-five mins.
