Daisy Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Tbsps of raspberry preserve
2 1/2 Tbsps of orange marmalade
3/4 c of milk
2 1/2 c of flour (self rising)
1/4 c of butter
3 ozs cream cheese
Instructions:
Cut the butter with the cream cheese. Mix with the flour ’till mixture gets crumbly. Knead dough for four or five times.
Flatten dough into about half an inch thick. Cut using a cookie cutter. Put biscuit dough on baking tray. No need to grease.
Depress the middle of the biscuit and spoon a jam on top. Bake for ten minutes (450 degrees F) until nicely golden in color. Makes two dozen.
