Dill Pickle Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of Claussen’s pickle juice (dill pickle)
2/3 c of water (warm, 110 degrees Fahrenheit)
1 pc of dill pickle (medium); chopped finely
1 Tbsp of butter; creamed
1 Tbsp of onion (dried)
1 tsp of parsley (flaked)
1/4 tsp of salt (sea-salt)
1/2 tsp of dill weed
2 c of and 2 Tbsps of flour (white, for bread)
2 tsps of yeast (dry & active)
Instructions:
Combine ingredients into bread pan for machine processing in order of manufacturer’s suggestions. Set to white-bread, medium-crust.
