Easy Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs (well-beaten)
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1-1/2 tsps of salt
1 pkg of yeast (dry)
1 c water (ice)
3/4 c of shortening (vegetable); melted w/ 1 c water (boiling)
6 c of flour (all purpose)
Instructions:
Beat the eggs then add salt, yeast, and sugar; stir thoroughly till the yeast dissolves. Add the water and cooled mixture of shortening. Stir them well. Add (1 cup) flour and mix using a mixer. Gradually add the rest of flour while beating thoroughly.
Place the dough inside the refrigerator for overnight. Turn dough and cut into rolls. Let it stand for three hours prior to baking, allowing to rise (at room temperature). Bake for ten mins at (400 degrees F).
