Easy Rosemary Focaccia Recipe
Ingredients:
16 oz of pizza dough (ball)
3 Tbsps of olive oil (extra virgin)
1/2 c of sharp cheese (Mozzarella or white Cheddar); grated
2 Tbsps of rosemary (fresh)
1 tsp of salt (coarse)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven at (400 degrees F). Roll dough above a slightly floured surface and pat to half one-inch-thick then place onto a cooking sheet. Gently brush with oil, liberally over dough. Scatter on its top the Cheddar then rosemary then salt.
Pierce dough using a clean fork and bake for 20-25 mins till golden. Slice and serve while warm.
