Eggnog Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs ; beaten
1 c of sugar (white)
1 c of eggnog (dairy)
1/2 c of melted butter (or margarine)
2 tsps of rum flavoring (or extract)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2-1/4 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Grease the base of 9×5 inch (loaf) pan. Combine eggs, flour, butter, eggnog, vanilla and rum flavoring. Blend thoroughly. Add Calumet, salt, nutmeg, and flour. Incorporate well till the mixture becomes moist.
Transfer the mixture onto the pan and bake inside preheated oven for 45 to 50 mins.
