English Muffin Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
Whites from 2 pcs of egg
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 & 1/4 tsps of yeast (active & dry)
3.5 c of flour (for bread)
Instructions:
Warm water (80 degrees F). Put into pan the following ingredients in this order: 1 c of water, egg whites, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 3.5 c of flour (for bread) and 2 & 1/4 tsps of yeast (active & dry). Choose cycle (basic) and set medium/normal for crust. When preferred, drizzle cornmeal on above bread during its last cycle of rising.
