English Muffin Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of honey
1 c of & 2 Tbsps of water
2.5 c of flour (for bread)
1/2 c of flour (whole wheat)
3 Tbsps of milk (powdered)
1.5 tsps of salt
1 pack of yeast (active & dry) or 1.5 tsps of yeast (for bread-making machine)
1/4 tsp of baking soda

Instructions:

Put everything in pan for bread according to manufacturer’s instruction. Choose cycle (Basic Wheat) and use Light setting for crust. Process to create 1.5 lbs of bread.
