European Black Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
7/8 c of water
3/4 tsp of vinegar (cider)
1.5 c of flour (for bread)
1/2 c of flour (rye)
1/4 c of bran (oat)
1 Tbsp of margarine or butter
1.5 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of caraway seeds
1 tsp of onion (dried); minced
2 Tbsps of cocoa (powder, unsweetened)
1 tsp of yeast (active & dry)
Instructions:
Put ingredients into pan for bread-making machine according to manufacturer’s instructions. Use Normal for settings. Bake.
