Flaky Biscuits Recipes
Ingredients:
2/3 c milk
2 c flour
1/4 c shortening
1 tzp salt
3 tsps powder (baking)
Instructions:
Mix the baking powder, salt and flour. Cut the shortening in your flour mix until mixture is crumbly. For biscuit to be more flaky, just add more shortening.
Add the milk then mix again to form a dough. Knead dough for five times. Flatten dough into about half an inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut biscuit into shapes.
Put on your baking tray then bake (450 degrees F) for twelve minutes. Serve warm and tosty with honey-butter syrup.
