Frosted Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of milk
1/4 c of water
1/4 c of softened butter
1 pc of egg
1 tsp of salt
4 c of flour (bread)
1/4 c instant pudding mix (vanilla)
1 Tbsp of sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp of yeast (active, dry)

For the Filling:
1/4 c of soft butter
1 c of sugar (brown)
2 tsps of cinnamon (ground)

For the Frosting:
4 oz of softened cream cheese
1/4 c of softened butter
1-1/2 c of powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsps of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

Place milk, water, butter, egg, salt, flour, pudding mix, sugar, and yeast inside the (bread) machine and select “dough” setting. When done, turn onto slightly floured work surface and roll to a 17×10 inch rectangle.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle cinnamon and (brown) sugar. Roll, jelly roll fashion beginning from the longer side and seal by pinching the seam.

Slice to 21 pieces and lay 12 pieces on a 13×9 inch greased pan then 9 pieces on a 9 inch square pan. Allow to rise, covered, till the volume has doubled, at about forty-five mins. Bake for 20-25 mins at (350 degrees F) or till golden. Let it cool and spread the frosting while still warm.

To make frosting, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla inside a bowl then beat thoroughly till smooth. Store inside the refrigerator.
