Garlic-Cumin Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves
1 pack of rapid-rising yeast
3 c of flour
1 & 1/2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of salt
2 tsps of powdered cummin
4 Tbsps of butter
1 c of milk
Caraway seeds
Instructions:
Bake garlic in microwave for a minute. Peel them then transfer into processor and add remaining ingredients.
Heat oven to one hundred twenty five degrees Fahrenheit. Combine milk and butter.
Add milk-butter mixture into processor. Let it process, slowly adding flour ’til a dough ball is formed. Cover w/ greased plastic wrap and allow to rise.
Form into round dough and transfer in greased, rounded-bottom baking casserole. Brush it w/ eggwhite mixed w/ a tablespoon of water. Top w/ caraway seeds.
Oven for thirty minutes at three hundred seventy five degrees Fahrenheit.
