Glazed Strawberry Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
1 Tbsp of water (warm)
1/2 c of icing sugar
1/4 – 1/2 c of strawberry jam
2/3 c of milk
1/2 of butter; softened
2 Tbsps of sugar
2 c of Bisquick

Instructions:

Combine the Bisquick and sugar. Cut the butter in and mix ’till flour is crumbly. Next add the milk.

Combine well. Spoon one tablespoon of dough onto a muffin tin. Garnish with strawberry jam. Place the remainder of the dough above the jam.

Bake for fifteen minutes. When ready to serve, pour hot vanilla glaze. Just mix the icing sugar, vanilla and water. Spread on cookies.
