Gooey Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 c of water
1/4 c of butter (unsalted)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of honey
2.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
2 tsps of yeast
3 c of cheese (Swiss); shredded
Instructions:
Place 2 pcs of eggs, 3/4 c of water, 1/4 c of butter (unsalted), 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of honey, 2.5 c of flour (all-purpose) and 2 tsps of yeast into pan for bread-making machine and process under Knead. Then transfer dough into bowl (oiled lightly) and cover with wrap (plastic) then allow dough to risen inside refrigerator (24 hours).
Prepare 9″ pan for cake by greasing and flouring it. Preheat oven (375 degrees F) with rack placed in middle.
Place dough on floured area and roll into 14″ x 10″ rectangular shape. Drizzle with 2 c of cheese. Roll dough like jellyroll from longer edge of dough. Seal edges then turn roll to make seam face downwards. Roll cylinder into coil then transfer to prepared baking pan.
Drizzle with more cheese then let dough rise (20 minutes) uncovered. Bake (35 minutes) then decrease temperature of oven (350 degrees F). Bake more (10 minutes). If cheese browns quickly in first thirty-five minutes, and then reduce temperature of oven (350 degrees F).
