Hawaiian Oatmeal Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of eggs (large)
1-1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
2-1/2 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of salt
1-1/2 c of quick oats
2 tsps of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
20 oz of crushed pineapple (canned, undrained)
3 c of flaked coconut
Instructions:
Combine sugar with eggs; beat for two mins till light. Combine salt, soda, and flour; add onto the mixture of egg. Blend till smooth. Fold in oats, pineapple, and coconut.
Transfer batter onto 2 (greased and floured) 9×5 inch pans then bake, 325 deg Fahrenheit about an hour. Take out bread from the pans at once.
