Health Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 c of flour (for bread)
1 c of flour (whole wheat)
1 c of water
1/4 c of oatmeal or wheat germ
1/4 c of cheese (cottage) or feta (crumbled)
1 tsp of salt (sea salt, fine)
1/4 c of honey
2 tsps of yeast (instant & granulated)
1 Tbsp of butter
1/2 c of sunflower seeds; chopped coarsely
1 tsp of sesame seeds
Instructions:
Put these ingredients in pan for bread-making machine in this order: 1 c of water, 1 & 3/4 c of flour (for bread), 1 c of flour (whole wheat), 1/4 c of oatmeal or wheat germ, 1/4 c of cheese (cottage or crumbled feta), 1 tsp of salt (sea salt, fine), 1/4 c of honey, 1 Tbsp of butter, 2 tsps of yeast (instant & granulated) and 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
Knead in bread-making machine. Add the sunflower the moment machine beeps while kneading (15 minutes). Choose setting (Wheat) and don’t use time-delay. When baked, take bread off pan and let it be cooled on rack (1 hour). Slice into serving portions.
