Kahlua Cream Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/8 c of Kahlua (if more is used, use lesser water proportionately)
1/4 c of water
3 c of flour (for bread)
1 can of milk (evaporated, 15 ozs)
1.5 tsps of vegetable oil
1 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of yeast
Choco chips (miniatures, for filling)
Instructions:
Not including the choco chips, put all the ingredients ready for the bread-making machine. Program machine to it cycle setting for dough. Remove the dough then put on a surface that has been lightly-floured. Cover the dough then allow it to rest (10 minutes).
Form then roll the dough to a rectangular shape and drizzle a lot of choco chips. Roll dough like jellyroll and put it in a greased pan for bread. Cover the dough again and allow to rise (45 minutes).
Make a slash on the loaf using a razor then brush milk on it. Bake (375 degree F) for 25-30 minutes. Put loaf on a rack then allow the bread to be cooled.
