King’s Hawaiian Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
6 c of flour; divided
1 c of pineapple-flavored juice
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
1/2 c of margarine or butter
1 c of water
1/2 tsp of ginger
3 pcs eggs
1/2 c of flour
2 packs of yeast
Instructions:
Beat the eggs lightly. Add in water, ginger, extract, butter, juice and sugar.
Combine 3 c flour w/ egg mix. Stir well to blend ingredients together. Gradually sprinkle top w/ yeast, mix well. Add in remaining flour. Mix ’til batter hardens.
Manually mix ingredients together w/ your bare hands. Place onto large bowl then cover w/ towel and rest in a warm, draft-free area. Allow to rise for an hour.
Transfer into surface and add 1/2 c of flour, then knead well. Knead dough for ten times. have it divided into three even parts then transfer in greased, rounded cake pan. Place dough in a warm area covered and allow to rise for one more hour.
Oven at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.
