L.A. Sweet Corn Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of cake mix (yellow, 18 1/2 ozs)
1 pkg cornbread (mix, 15 ozs)
Instructions:
Combine cornbread and cake mix following package instructions. Blend well and transfer to an oiled 9 inch square loaf pans. Let it bake for 350 deg Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes ’til cornbread bounces after touching lightly.
For the honey-butter, combine equal parts of softened margarine or butter and honey in a mixer ’til light and thick.
