Lemonade Scones Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of flour (self-rising)
1 & 1/4 c of cream
1/3 c of milk
1 can of lemonade (12 ozs)
1 pc of egg; beaten well
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven with temperature of 350 degrees-F. Combine flour, milk, cream, lemonade, salt and egg together to form dough. Transfer over a lightly-floured surface table. Cut rounds with glass sprinkled with flour or smoothen edges by cutting sides using cutter.
Transfer to a baking sheet without overlapping edges of rounds. Brush the tops of dough with egg wash or milk alone. Bake ’til tops have a light-brown color for about 15-20 minutes.
