Maraschino Pecan Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of flour (white, for bread)
1 & 1/8 c of milk
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp of butter
1 & 1/4 tsps of salt
1/4 c of cherries (maraschino, whole)
1/4 c of pecans
1/4 c of raisins
1/8 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 c of sunflower seeds
1/8 tsp of ginger (ground)
3 tsps of yeast (active & dry) or 2 tsps of Rapid Rise yeast
Instructions:
Put ingredients, except cherries for processing in bread-making machine. Dry the cherries using papertowels then add them to the dough when first cycle of kneading ends.
