Miracle Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
6 & 1/4 c of flour
1/2 c of water (lukewarm)
3 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
2 packs of dried yeast
2 c of boiled water
2 tsps of salt
2 Tbsps of shortening
Instructions:
Mix lukewarm water, 1 tsp of granulated sugar and yeast. Dissolve well.
Separately combine boiled water, shortening, sugar and salt. Mix well and allow to cool.
Combine both mixtures and add 6 & 1/4 c of flour. Turn upside-down every ten mins about 4-5 times in order to minimize crusting of dough.
Have dough evenly divided into half then roll like pie-dough. Roll up like jelly-roll. Cut diagonal slashes across dough. Transfer in pan then allow to rise for an hour or ’til bulk is doubled.
Brush surface w/ eggwhite mixed w/ 2 Tbsps of milk. Dust w/ sesame seeds. Bake it at four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit for 15-25 mins.
