No fail Yeast Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
5 c of warmed water
1 & 1/2 Tbsps of salt
3 Tbsp of yeast
11 & 1/4 c of flour
1/4 c of oil
3 Tbsps of dough enhancer
1 c of honey
Instructions:
Mix together oil, honey, water, enhancer and salt. Add in yeast and mix. Combine flour enough to create soft, manageable dough.
With floured hands, knead dough for 8-10 mins. Divide equally into four portions. Form each dough portion into loaf then put in greased loaf-shaped pans.
Let rise, covered ’til dough grows 1-inch above the pan. Bake in oven for three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
