No-Knead Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
5 c biscuit ready-mix
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp cream-of-tartar
2 c of warmed milk
4 Tbsps sugar (granulated)
2 packs of dried yeast
4 pcs of eggs
Instructions:
Sift biscuit ready-mix, salt and sugar into mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over milk and allow to dissolve.
Beat the eggs w/ cream-of-tartar ’til mixed thoroughly. Combine eggs & milk-mixture then pour slowly over dry mixture. Stir well to mix. Once a sticky, heavy mixture is achieved, set it aside, rest in warm, draft-free place. Cover w/ dampened towel.
Once volume is doubled, stir it down into 2 greased, loaf-shaped pans, filling it half-way. Allow to rise for 20 mins then bake at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
