No-Knead Dill Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of active dried yeast
1/4 c of water (lukewarm)
2 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp of butter; kept at room temp
1 tsp of salt
1 pc egg
Margarine; melted
2 & 1/2 c of flour
1 c of cheese (cottage); kept at room temp
1 Tbsp dried onion; minced
2 tsps of dili seeds
1/4 tsp of baking soda
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat it to three hundred degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together flour & yeast then set mixture aside.
Pour lukewarm water inside processor bowl. Add in cheese, onion, dill seeds, baking soda, flour mix. sugar, butter, salt and egg. Process ’til mixed thoroughly.
Grease lightly an 8-inch rounded casserole and put dough inside the dish. Have it covered w/ light lint-free towel. Allow to rise evenly in warm, draft-free place ’til volume is doubled (approx 1 hr).
Bake it for 40-50 mins. Remove from the oven at once and brush surface w/ butter and sprinkle w/ salt.
