No Knead Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
3.5 c of all purpose flour
1 pkg of yeast (active dry)
1 & 1/4 c of milk
1 pc of egg
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1/4 c of shortening
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Combine yeast and 1.5 cups flour into a large-sized mixing bowl. Heat shortening, salt, sugar and milk in a saucepan ’til warm. Stir to help melt shortening. Combine wet ingredients to yeast mixture. Add in egg.
With a mixer, beat mixture at low-speed for half a minute. Beat for a couple of minutes on high-speed. Add the remaining flour manually to produce soft and smooth dough. Refrigerate dough for a couple of hours with cover.
Shape dough into walnut size balls. Transfer into muffin tins. Set aside to double in size for 1 hour to an hour and 25 minutes.
Bake for 9-10 minutes at a 400 degree-F oven. May be stored in refrigerator 3-4 days.
