Paprika Onion Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water (70-80 degrees Fahrenheit)
2 Tbsps of margarine or butter, creamed
1/3 c of onion, chopped finely
1 tsp of sugar (granulated)
1.5 tsp of salt
3 c of flour (for bread)
1 tsp of paprika
1 pack of yeast (active & dry, 1/4 oz)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients into the pan to the order prescribed by the manufacturer. The select setting (Basic Bread). Choose settings for color of crust and size of loaf, when available.
Then bake as per machine instructions. Check the dough five minutes after mixing, while adding 1-2 Tbsps of flour or water when necessary. This recipe creates 1.5-pound of loaf.
